Additional equipment for welding tables and workstations
A professional welding workstation consists of more than just a welding machine and a welding table. Its functionality is also determined by appropriately selected welding accessories, which help organize tools, securely clamp components, expand the working surface, and improve work comfort and safety. In the POS-MET additional equipment category, you will find solutions designed to expand System 16 and System 28 welding tables and organize a modern workshop.

The offer includes, among others, welding and tool trolleys, cabinets, pin stands, vises, a welding positioner, lifts, trestles, and solutions supporting welding workstation extraction and filtration systems. Thanks to these, the welder can better organize the workspace, reduce setup time, and more easily maintain precision during the welding process.
Welding workshop equipment tailored to daily work
Well-organized welding workshop equipment should facilitate easy access to necessary tools and materials without interrupting work. For this reason, POS-MET offers accessories that can be seamlessly integrated with system tables and tooling.
Tool trolley and under-table cabinet
The POS-MET tool trolley provides mobility and convenient accessory storage. Specialized holders adapted for System 16 and System 28 allow for hanging tooling, while three shelves help keep the workspace organized. It is a practical solution wherever welding tools are frequently moved between workstations.

An under-table mounting cabinet allows you to utilize the space directly beneath the tabletop. It provides storage for small accessories, clamping components, and essential assembly and welding tools.
Vise and pin stand
A vise serves as a practical addition to the workstation during the processing, preparation, and clamping of components. Securely fastening the material is essential for both operator convenience and the precision of subsequent operations.

A pin stand makes it easy to organize one of the most frequently used table tooling components. Available versions are compatible with System 16 and System 28, keeping pins readily accessible without cluttering the working surface.
Positioning and ergonomics during the welding process
In more demanding applications, simply securing a component using a clamp or angle square may not be enough. Equipment that allows you to change the position of the workpiece or adjust the height of the entire workstation becomes essential.
Welding positioner
The POS-MET welding positioner allows 360° rotation of the workpiece along both horizontal and vertical axes. The system tabletop measuring 800 × 800 mm, made from 12 mm thick sheet metal, enables tooling mounting and stable positioning of components prior to welding. This solution facilitates access to the structure from various angles and helps reduce the need to work in uncomfortable positions.

This is particularly important during high-precision work, both with the TIG method and during MIG/MAG processes.
Welding table lift
The scissor lift allows you to adjust the height of the workstation using a remote-controlled hydraulic system. This adjustment improves ergonomics during prolonged welding and assembly work, as the tabletop height can be adapted to the task at hand and the operator’s position.
Welding trestles for larger structures
When welding long profiles, frames, and larger steel structures, additional support beyond the table surface is often required. POS-MET welding trestles allow you to stably expand the working area and are available in lengths up to 2990 mm.

System 16 or 28 boreholes ensure compatibility with tooling, allowing clamps, positioning pins, and other fasteners to be utilized beyond the main tabletop. The trestles can operate on adjustable leveling feet or wheels, enhancing workstation mobility.
Extraction and filtration systems for safe working conditions
Professional welding shop equipment should account not only for work organization, but also for the removal of welding fumes. During MIG, MAG, TIG, or GMAW welding, dust and fumes can accumulate in the work area, making properly selected ventilation and local exhaust extraction essential for occupational safety.

POS-MET offers extraction and filtration units along with extraction arms designed to capture pollutants as close as possible to their point of origin. The product range includes mobile AERO SOMS units, MOS PULS systems, as well as CLEAN ARM and CLEAN ARM PROFI arms.

Such solutions help create safe working conditions and limit the spread of welding fumes throughout the workshop.
Welding chemicals and surface protection
Complementing the equipment is a line of welding chemicals designed for surface protection against spatter. POS-MET anti-spatter fluid creates a protective layer that makes it easy to keep components clean while offering anti-corrosion protection. It is available in 1-liter and 5-liter containers, complete with spray bottles for easy application.
Build a complete welding workstation with POS-MET
Properly selected accessories expand the capabilities of a welding table and help create a professional workstation tailored to real-world operating conditions. A trolley, cabinet, vise, positioner, lift, or extraction and filtration system each address different steps of the process—from tool organization and workpiece clamping to ergonomics and safety.

Select accessories for a System 16 or System 28 table and configure your workstation to match the types of structures you produce. If you are unsure which accessories your workshop requires, contact POS-MET. We will help you select the ideal solution based on your workflow, workpiece dimensions, and tooling setup.
